Description
Introduced in 1924, Penelope produces full trusses of creamy pink to yellow, semi-double, 4” blooms with 18+ petals. Her flowers open to show golden yellow centers with a strong, heady musk fragrance. Penelope is a very vigorous continual blooming bush with glossy foliage, but she doesn’t love to be pruned too harshly. Have a gentle hand at pruning time and this drought resistant beauty will thrive in zones 5-10.
